Navy wide-leg jeans with patched front pockets and metal hardware as the detail. Most wide-leg denim is plain by design — the shape is the statement. These go the other way: the pockets are applied on top rather than set in, and the hardware catches light against dark denim.
What patched pockets change
A standard jean pocket is a slit with a bag hidden behind it. A patched pocket sits on the surface, outlined and visible, which means it reads as a design line on the front of the leg rather than disappearing. Combined with a wide leg, it breaks up what would otherwise be a large flat field of denim.
They also hold things, which a decorative front pocket often doesn't.
Real cotton denim
71% cotton with 27.5% polyester and 1.5% elastane. The cotton majority is what makes these feel and wear like denim rather than like a printed trouser; the small elastane content is there for give at the seat and knee without turning them into jeggings.
The details
- Patched front pockets, applied on the surface and clearly outlined.
- Metal hardware as an accent against the navy.
- Button closure.
- 29-inch inseam — consistent from size 6 upward.
- Sized 4 through 16, waist 27" to 34.8", hip 38.8" to 46.7".
How to wear them
- A fitted or cropped top, tucked. Wide-leg denim needs something narrow above it.
- Plain colors on top — the hardware and pockets are the detail, and they compete with a busy top.
- A boot or a chunky loafer to anchor the leg.
- A cropped jacket, so the waist stays in view.

Good to know
How do the numeric sizes run? US numeric, 4 to 16, with the waist going from 27" to 34.8". Match your own waist and hip to the chart rather than converting from a letter size.
Is the inseam the same across sizes? Nearly — 29.1" at a 4 and 29.5" from a size 8 up. That's a slightly cropped full length on most heights.
Will the hardware survive washing? Turn them inside out and wash cold. That protects both the metal and whatever else is in the drum with them.
