WHEN WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It typically takes 3-5 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. Banking holds can take 1-2 to process; orders will ship approximately 3-4 days after order. Delivery times for international purchases may vary due to customs. We try to do our best to ship as fast as possible.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
East Hills Casuals offers a flat rate shipping fee of $7 for domestic customers in the 48 contiguous states and $20 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are offering a rate of $15 to Canada and $30 to everywhere else. International delivery times may vary and customers are responsible for any additional charges or taxes once item is shipped
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags, and receipt as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, Final Sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
