Denim & Jeans

Denim is sized by waist. Many of the brands we carry — including Judy Blue, RISEN and KanCan — label sizes as a number followed by the waist measurement, for example 7(28).

Tummy-control denim: Styles with a tummy-control waistband run more generous than standard denim. If you are between sizes in these, size down — the compression panel adds structure and takes up the extra room.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure over your underwear, not over clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight enough to compress.

Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath.
Hip — stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam — measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you want the hem to fall, in the shoes you plan to wear.

Still Between Sizes?

If you land between two sizes, the fabric decides it:

Woven, non-stretch (most shirts, blazers, structured dresses) — size up.
Heavy stretch (leggings, ponte, tummy-control denim) — size down.
Oversized or relaxed styles — take your usual size; the extra room is already built in.

The details

Real cable knit. The raised rope texture down the front is the whole appeal of the style, and it's what gives a cream sweater dimension instead of reading flat.
Contrast striped trim at the V and the cuffs, so the neckline has a defined edge.
Side slits at the hem. Small detail, big difference — the sweater falls straight instead of gripping.
Genuinely stretchy. This one isn't "slightly" stretchy; the knit gives properly.

Fabric and fit

100% polyester. In a cable knit, that's a practical choice rather than a compromise: it holds the cable definition crisp, doesn't shrink, and won't itch the way a wool cable often does. Sizes S through XL, cut close enough to layer under a coat. The stretch gives you some flexibility between sizes.

Before you order

How do I keep cream cream? Wash it separately or with whites, always cold. Cream picks up dye transfer faster than any other color.

Is it warm? A cable knit traps air in the texture, so it's warmer than the flat-knit equivalent — but it's polyester, so think comfortable indoors and under a coat rather than a standalone winter layer.

Where do the slits sit? At the side seams near the hem, a few inches up. They're there for movement, not for showing skin.
