Use the charts below to find your size. All measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements — measure yourself and match to the closest size.
Please note: Fit varies by cut, fabric and stretch, even within the same size. Where a product page lists its own measurements or a fit note, always follow those first. If you are between sizes, size up in woven fabrics and size down in heavy stretch.

Denim & Jeans
Denim is sized by waist. Many of the brands we carry — including Judy Blue, RISEN and KanCan — label sizes as a number followed by the waist measurement, for example 7(28).

Tummy-control denim: Styles with a tummy-control waistband run more generous than standard denim. If you are between sizes in these, size down — the compression panel adds structure and takes up the extra room.
How to Measure
Use a soft tape measure over your underwear, not over clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight enough to compress.
-
Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
-
Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath.
-
Hip — stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
-
Inseam — measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you want the hem to fall, in the shoes you plan to wear.
Still Between Sizes?
If you land between two sizes, the fabric decides it:
-
Woven, non-stretch (most shirts, blazers, structured dresses) — size up.
-
Heavy stretch (leggings, ponte, tummy-control denim) — size down.
-
Oversized or relaxed styles — take your usual size; the extra room is already built in.
Still not sure? Email info@easthillscasuals.com with the item and your measurements and we'll tell you which size to order. Returns are free and easy for 30 days, so it's fine to order two sizes and send one back.
