Caring for Faux Fur
Shake it out after wearing and hang it with space around it so the pile does not crush. Spot clean where you can; if the care label allows washing, use cold water and air dry. Never iron faux fur.
Fit and Sizing

Each product page lists the materials for the shell, lining and trim. If you want faux fur specifically, look for "faux fur" in the product title or materials.
How fast will my coat arrive?
Orders of $50 or more ship free to the US and Canada; under $50 is a flat $5. Orders usually ship 3–4 days after you order and most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that.
Can I return a coat if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn with tags attached, and once the return is approved we email a free return label. Clearance and final-sale items can't be returned.
