Platform boots add height by raising the whole foot, not just the heel, so you stand flatter and more comfortably than in a heel of the same height. This collection is every platform boot we carry — round toe platform boots and ankle boots, lace-up platforms, a platform wedge and a wide calf style.
Ankle Platform or Taller Shaft
A platform ankle boot is the easiest to wear: under straight and wide leg jeans, with leggings, or with a midi dress and a gap of ankle showing. A taller shaft looks best with skinny jeans tucked in or a short skirt.
Lace-Up or Pull-On
A lace-up platform lets you adjust the fit across the instep — the better choice if you have a high instep or a narrow ankle. Pull-on styles are quicker and give a cleaner line under jeans.
Fit and Sizing
Round toes give your toes more room, so most women take their usual size. If you are between sizes or plan to wear a thick winter sock, size up. For wide calves, check the shaft measurement rather than the shoe size.
Platform boots: questions before you buy
Are platform boots comfortable to walk in?
Generally more than heels of the same height, because the platform lowers the angle of your foot. Chunky soles also spread your weight.
Do platform boots run true to size?
Most women take their usual size in a round toe platform, because the toe box has extra room. Size up half a size for thick socks.
How fast will my boots arrive?
Orders of $50 or more ship free to the US and Canada; under $50 is a flat $5. Orders usually ship 3–4 days after you order and most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that.
Can I return boots if they don't fit?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn with tags attached, and once the return is approved we email a free return label. Clearance and final-sale items can't be returned. Please try boots on indoors so the soles stay clean.
