How do I keep a cable knit from stretching?
Fold it instead of hanging it, wash cool and dry flat. A hanger pulls knitwear down at the shoulders.
Do cable knit sweaters pill?
Softer yarns like chenille can pill with wear. A fabric shaver removes pills in a minute.
How fast will my sweater arrive?
Orders of $50 or more ship free to the US and Canada; under $50 is a flat $5. Orders usually ship 3–4 days after you order and most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that.
Can I return a sweater if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn with tags attached, and once the return is approved we email a free return label. Clearance and final-sale items can't be returned.
