The fabric decides it. Size up in woven, non-stretch pieces like shirts, blazers and structured dresses. Size down in heavy stretch — leggings, ponte and especially tummy-control denim, which runs generous enough that the compression panel takes up the extra room. In oversized or relaxed styles, take your usual size; the room is already built in.

A fair worry — thin, sheer fabric is one of the most common complaints in online apparel reviews. We choose pieces on fabric weight and recovery, not just price, and light-coloured or lightweight items that need a layer underneath say so in the product description. If something arrives sheerer than you expected, that's a return we'll cover.

Standard dress lengths are cut for roughly 5'4", so if you're 5'8" or above a mini will sit noticeably higher. Our plus size range is drafted in true full-size runs with room through the hip and thigh — not straight sizes graded up. Check your measurements against the chart and order from those.
