Orders are sent for processing straight away, so we're unable to make changes once an order is placed. If something's wrong, email us at info@easthillscasuals.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

All orders are subject to availability. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we'll let you know by email and issue a full refund for anything we can't fulfill.

Only clearance and discontinued items are final sale. Everything else is covered by our standard return policy.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5 for customers in the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $20. Canada is $5, and international orders are $30.

We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@easthillscasuals.com.

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. It may take a further 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
