Denim & Jeans

Denim is sized by waist. Many of the brands we carry — including Judy Blue, RISEN and KanCan — label sizes as a number followed by the waist measurement, for example 7(28).

Tummy-control denim: Styles with a tummy-control waistband run more generous than standard denim. If you are between sizes in these, size down — the compression panel adds structure and takes up the extra room.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure over your underwear, not over clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight enough to compress.

Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath.
Hip — stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam — measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you want the hem to fall, in the shoes you plan to wear.

Still Between Sizes?

If you land between two sizes, the fabric decides it:

Woven, non-stretch (most shirts, blazers, structured dresses) — size up.
Heavy stretch (leggings, ponte, tummy-control denim) — size down.
Oversized or relaxed styles — take your usual size; the extra room is already built in.

Mesh Long Sleeve Bodysuit

A long sleeve bodysuit cut from stretch mesh — sheer through the sleeves and body, and designed to be layered rather than worn alone. Four options: black, brown, burgundy, and a floral. Sizes S through 2XL.

First, the sheer part

This is mesh, and it is see-through. That's the design, not an oversight, but it's the thing to know before it arrives. Most people wear it with a bralette or bandeau underneath, or under a blazer or slip dress where only the sleeves and neckline show. If you were picturing an opaque bodysuit, this isn't one.

Why a bodysuit instead of a top

It stays put. No untucking, no riding up over the waistband — the reason bodysuits exist.
A clean line under everything. Nothing bunches at the waist under high-waisted pants or a fitted skirt.
Properly stretchy. 5% elastane means it moves with you and snaps back rather than bagging out at the knees of the sleeves.
Four colorways, three neutrals and one floral, so it works as either the quiet layer or the interesting one.

Ways to wear it

Under a blazer, sleeves showing at the cuff — the easiest version.
Over a bandeau or bralette with high-waisted trousers.
Under a slip dress or pinafore, so the mesh reads as sleeves and neckline only.
On its own in the evening, if that's the look you're after.

Before you order

How should I size it? Mesh with this much elastane stretches a long way, so the measurements read small on paper and fit far larger in practice. Take your usual size; size up only if you want less compression through the middle.

Will the mesh snag? It can — rings, nails, and velcro are the usual culprits. Wash it in a mesh laundry bag on cold and it holds up well.

Can I wear it to work? Under a blazer or cardigan, yes. On its own, that depends on your office.
