Denim & Jeans

Denim is sized by waist. Many of the brands we carry — including Judy Blue, RISEN and KanCan — label sizes as a number followed by the waist measurement, for example 7(28).

Tummy-control denim: Styles with a tummy-control waistband run more generous than standard denim. If you are between sizes in these, size down — the compression panel adds structure and takes up the extra room.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure over your underwear, not over clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight enough to compress.

Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath.
Hip — stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam — measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you want the hem to fall, in the shoes you plan to wear.

Still Between Sizes?

If you land between two sizes, the fabric decides it:

Woven, non-stretch (most shirts, blazers, structured dresses) — size up.
Heavy stretch (leggings, ponte, tummy-control denim) — size down.
Oversized or relaxed styles — take your usual size; the extra room is already built in.

The details

Cuffed sleeves — turned back and finished, which holds the sleeve where you want it instead of letting it slide down the arm. They run short at 7.1" to 8.7", sitting high on the bicep.
Classic crew neck in white, so the graphic is the only thing happening.
Cotton in the blend — 32% cotton with 6% elastane, so it's softer and stretchier than a plain polyester tee.
Longer body, 25.6" to 28.7", which means it works untucked or half-tucked.

These measurements were taken by hand from the garment and may vary by roughly 0.4 to 1.2 inches.

Good to know

Why cuffed sleeves? A finished cuff sits neatly at the bicep rather than drooping, which makes a basic tee look more deliberate for very little effort.

How do I keep a white tee white? Wash with whites, cold, and treat marks quickly. Turn it inside out to protect the graphic while you're at it.

Will the print crack? Inside out, cold wash, low dryer heat. Heat is what kills a printed graphic, not washing.
